Who we are

STARNAV develops solutions based on image processing. Starting from your needs, our team designs, refines and deploys innovative hardware and algorithms. Our work covers aeronautics, space and defence, as well as industry, healthcare and human–machine interaction.

Origins

STARNAV was founded in 2007 by a team of engineers seeking to apply space-based star sighting techniques to new fields. These include navigation in the air, on land and at sea; RAPACE; and human–machine interaction to support the independence of people with disabilities.

Our vision

For STARNAV, vision means both image processing and anticipating the expertise that will create value tomorrow. Technology, algorithms, needs analysis and simulation guide our developments and our approach to innovation.
